why make your bed every morning

why make your bed every morning

The alarm clock, 6 letters to banish from the alphabet, two syllables that never worked together, the appointment that we would like to run away from every other day, to push away all the time, to forget (in)voluntarily. And since bad news never happens alone, there follows a step that is no more pleasant: making your bed for a Zen room, but not only that. If you think that this morning chore is just a detail, you might as well be wrong, and not just a little. We explain why making your bed every morning will transform your day.

BECAUSE YOU WILL MARK THE BEGINNING OF THAT DAY
The alarm clock rings, the day begins (badly for some). The idea of making one's bed doesn't help the situation at all, except for the early risers who are frankly envied. However, it is the good way to cut with the night to welcome the day. This way, you close your sleep cycle. Courage, only fifteen hours left...

BECAUSE YOU PUT YOUR ROOM (AND YOUR HEAD) IN ORDER
It is said that our interiors reflect our state of mind. A disordered home is therefore not a good omen at all. Making one's bed is a ritual that allows one to make a clean place in one's room and therefore in one's head. The order, a word that we do not like too much but which can be good.

BECAUSE YOU ARE PRODUCTIVE FROM THE MOMENT YOU JUMP OUT OF BED.
Making your bed is also a way to start the day organized and productive. Quite a program. And, you'll see, you'll be more inclined to hang your towel in the bathroom rather than casually laying it on the bedroom chair and putting away that blouse in the closet that you won't be wearing today.

BECAUSE YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF IN THE EVENING
Go to bed, finally, in your bed that you have (happily) ventilated and tucked in this morning. Appreciate this hotel room effect at home, go ahead, it's your reward, small but reward all the same. And if you close the sleep cycle by making your bed when you wake up, you open it at night by slipping under the sheets. The cycle is complete.
